Keep your lower limbs on track, says The Lady
Menopausal women can find help from Great Elm's foot & leg oil.
This week the magazine that oozes respectability and tradition - The Lady - is recommending our Sage and Mint Foot and Leg Massage Oil.
The Lady's new health and beauty editor, Kate Shapland (who does the same valuable service for The Daily Telegraph) discusses what can be done to ameliorate the dreaded menopause. She suggests that if your feet and legs are troubled with swelling then massaging with our leg oil could well help.
The oil contains hyssop and rosemary, both associated with antibacterial action but also with stimulating the blood vessels, which should aid circulation. It also contains mint (cooling and refreshing) and sage (deodorising, anti-fungal and anti-spasmodic). These herbs are also considered to be balancing to the hormonal system.
Massage itself is, of course, very beneficial in many ways. It's well worth finding an expert to assist.
To back up The Lady's recommendation with some real help, we're offering our Treats for Feet gift pack at £24.50 instead of £27... so that's an extra saving of £2.50. And automatically you'll be donating £1 to our charitable cause.
Go on, spoil yoruself... or a friend in need. Emerge refreshed, rejuvenated and fragrant – your feet will be truly grateful!
