A programme of seriously useful, practical - erm, fun.
The first tranche of workshops is announced today - and we're thrilled with them.
Vegetarian cookery is a new one for us, the idea being that herbs work well from the inside as well as the outside; that cooking good food is all about well-being, again both inside and out. We think you'll thoroughly enjoy Penny Harris's fresh and delightful take on vegetarian cuisine: unpretentious, practical, and completely lacking anything fanatical.
And a series of three workshops on skin; from head to toe and all that's in between. With just a little more thrown in. Deborah O'Shea is in charge of these short sessions and she always has a lot of wisdom as well as deep knowledge and good practical hands-on abilities.
We are offering alternative dates for all the courses so that you don't have to feel frustrated.
