A simple blend of comforting salts and herbs that make a good warm bath even more pleasurable and relaxing.

This is a thoroughly warming, aromatic mixture that will ease the stiffness, soothe the aches and pains, and revitalise the senses at the end of a hard-working day.

The most important ingredient is Epsom Salts - magnesium sulphate - which restores to the body the vital trace elements that strengthen the system.  They are also wonderfully good at relaxing the body, and at detoxing.

We have mixed them with ginger and exotic galbanum (originally from Middle East but part of the British herbalist’s lexicon since the Middle Ages or before). Both herbs are brilliant at soothing stressed bones, and relax and warm over-wrought muscles.

We have also blended in wonderful Wintergreen with its distinctive, pungent aroma, familiar to anyone who goes to the gym. Traditionally it has been used for all chronic forms of muscle and joint troubles such as rheumatism, lumbago and sciatica.

Then there's that old favourite Lavender, which always seems to help with fatigue and calms frayed nerves. And dear old Rosemary which, apart from being a useful antiseptic, simply makes you feel so much more alive.
